Sara Zare

Sara Zare is a curious, passionate, enthusiastic, ambitious, and energetic Product Manager. Her obsession, depth of knowledge, and practical experience with Product Excellence guide her on effectively navigating the complexities of the Product Management life cycle (identify the problem, define OKRs, design, development, deliver, measure, and iterate). Currently, Sara is a Product/Program Manager at Google, developing, launching, and inspiring more than 120 Google teams (managing more than 300 products) to build more delightful and user-centric products that make Google engineering magic available to the world.

Prior to her current role, Sara worked at Cornerstone OnDemand gaining experience as a Technical Integration Consultant and then as an Acting Chief Technical Solutions Architect. She directed over 150 integration projects from kickoff to launch, managed 30 projects and 25 clients at the same time, designed and led technical training workshops to onboard and enable prospects, clients, and the internal team, and served as the face of the technical team in presenting, scoping and negotiating cloud-based SaaS solutions to fortune 100 C-suite. Sara has three engineering degrees from three different continents in three different languages: Biomedical, Micro/Nano, and Mechanical Engineering with a love of coding to solve problems using JS, Python, HTML, PostgreSQL, as well as React, Redux, Express.js, and Flas.
