Head of Growth, Riva
Sarah Kim is the Head of Growth and Partnerships at Riva, a mission-driven startup using technology to tackle wage inequality--one salary negotiations at a time. With a passion for social impact, Sarah has dedicated most of her professional life to tackling big social issues through technology and innovation, including: financial
inclusion, education, renewable energy and sustainable food. Previously, Sarah led digital marketing at YI Technology, a global consumer electronics brand and at Oportun, a leading fintech lender to the underbanked community. Prior to that, Sarah led growth through partnerships as part of SolarCity’s pre-IPO marketing team. Last year, Sarah taught digital marketing at the UC Berkeley International Diploma Program, where she was a highly rated instructor. She received an MBA from Wharton and a B.A. in International Relations from Tufts University. In her free time, she works on one of her 5 languages while advising startups, organizing Meetups and learning new skills (at the Product School, of course).
