Sean Flaherty

Sean helps leaders tap into the creativity of the people they surround themselves with. He began innovating with software products at a young age and never stopped. Sean thinks deeply about Products and leading teams, and his thought process is always around the end-users. Most of Sean's experience has come from two and a half decades of working in the trenches with amazing teams building innovative software products that move, touch and inspire the world. Currently, he is the Executive Vice President and Managing Partner at ITX, which is a passionate group of inspired technologists and artists that produce magic every day for clients. The company team is pioneering how software products are built and creating best practices that are forging the future of how technology interfaces with people. ITX has developed "The Momentum Framework", a collection of contextual models and language tools that form a system that maximizes the teams' creativity we lead. In addition, Sean teaches MBAs at William E. Simon School of Business and speak to leadership teams worldwide on innovation, culture, empathy, and "The Momentum Framework." His work has lead to many accolades such as the 2019 Vistage "New Speaker of the Year" and the Trust Across America "Top Thought Leader in Trust" awards.
