Sebastien loves well-designed, simple products that improve people's lives. He believes that if he focuses on the customer, all the rest will follow. Currently, he’s a Senior Product Manager at N26 working on the N26 app for the US market. Prior to his current, he was a Senior Product Manager at Typeform, where he led a cross-functional team of 8 engineers and designers; the team responsible for improving the respondent experience for 50+ million monthly form visitors. Sebastien brought Typeform Conversations to market, a new conversational way to display typeforms, and took it from a successful ProductHunt launch (#2 of the week) to a widely adopted feature inside Typeform's product. Additionally, he released Typeform Layouts, a new visual way of adding images and videos to typeforms and is now widely adopted among Typeform’s customer base. When Sebastien worked as a Product Manager of Subscriptions, he managed communication flows for 5+ development teams and launched chat support for paying customers, reducing first response times from several hours to 90 seconds, increasing activation, and resulting in 97% customer satisfaction scores.
