Susan Threadgill is a seasoned Product Manager currently working at Skillshare, an online learning community with thousands of inspiring classes for creative and curious people, on topics including illustration, design, photography, video, freelancing, and more. Previous to that she was a Product Manager at Dia&Co, a socially conscious fashion startup that provides stylish designs to plus-size women. Susan has come to be known as a self-starter and go-getter. She started her career at SNAP Interactive, where she proved herself to be an outstanding employee. During her time there as a Mobile and Growth Product Manager, she more than doubled mobile user engagement. She also developed and implemented fraud prevention algorithms and processes that effectively eliminated fraudulent interactions on the platform. Her accomplishments allowed Susan to secure her position as a Technical Product Manager and Product Owner at eBay. Her work there included building long term strategy for her product, coordinating her team, analyzing user behavior and improving the user experience. In her work, Susan relies on Agile Methodology to achieve the best efficiency for her team. Apart from her managerial roles, Susan served as a judge at GriffinWorx, a startup competition for entrepreneurial minds of all kinds. She also coached competing teams sharing with them her valuable insight and experience. Susan is a passionate advocate of social justice and equality. She was a Co-Lead of eBay's Women in Tech Group where she actively worked to increase women's interest in technology and to provide them with opportunities to improve their careers. Currently, she is a member of the Women’s March NYC leadership team. Susan is a quick learner. She has an adaptive and flexible personality. Colleagues note her exceptional communication skills and a positive attitude.
