Vik is a successful Product professional with over a decade of experience in both Product and Engineering. Today, he is leading the company’s efforts at WeWork, where he merges his engineering design skills with an aptitude for building products that delight users. He started off his professional career as a Mechanical
Engineer. Shortly after, he joined FirstFuel Software, where he has spent nearly 4 years supporting Engineering and Engagement managerial positions. Eventually, his technical skills and an understanding of market requirements combined with incredible cross-functional team management led him to transition his career into Product. At Morgan Stanley, he led Product aimed at discovering wealth management and banking needs as part of a new digital strategy for the firm. Today, he is mainly responsible for driving growth and development of a new strategy at WeWork, helping revolutionize workspace. He graduated from the University of Michigan with a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering and holds an MBA in Entrepreneurship and Finance from Tepper School of Business. On top of his academic and professional endeavors, Vik is also an active volunteer; he is currently a Community Organizer for New York Cares and previously served in environmental services, medical centers and as a Mentor for accomplished high school students from low-income families.
