Vikram Joshi

Vikram is a Senior Product Manager with more than 13 years of experience in building frictionless and high-quality payment solutions, product development, and optimization in the B2B and B2B2C segments. He is currently working on PayPal in Payment Platform – Merchant Settlements, where he created tools based on machine learning to identify abnormally high returns and rejects from the bank processors, reducing the reject rates at banks by almost 80%. Prior to this experience, he was a Product Owner at PaySafe Group, where he managed the product road map for the pricing engine as a business shared service and enabled new fees in the system, thereby giving business uplift of around 1.5M GBP annually.
