Yura Kostiukevych

Yura Kostiukevych is a Group Product Manager at Meta currently working on Facebook Ads data products and platforms. During his time at the company, he has formed new strategies, led research, and implemented new intent understanding technology to drive revenue and grow the team. Before Meta, he spent almost a decade at EPAM Systems where he was a Software Architect, Product Manager, and later the Head of Pacific Northwest Business.

Yura holds an impressive three Masters' degrees. He earned his first two at Odessa National Telecommunications Academy. The first was in Computer Science and Automation Systems and the second in Organizational Management. More recently he attended the Quantic School of Business and Technology for his MBA.

Yura is a client-oriented leader who uses his strong communication and technical skills to tackle complex projects and problems. He takes his leadership roles very seriously, always motivating and looking for ways to make his team members better at what they do.
