By the end of the program, you'll have built something real and impressive that proves your ability to drive product success.

The first step in building amazing products is to gain deeper insight into the role of a Product Manager. Learn how digital products are built, what is expected of you as a PM, and how to excel in this rewarding (and well-compensated!) career.
Great PMs know how to get into the heads of their customers, to deeply understand their pain points and needs, and create loved and impactful product experiences. Learn how to create personas, use cases, and customer journeys that can be used to deliver user impact. Get hands-on experience navigating Product–Market Fit and leverage research with pro tools like Sprig and AB Tasty.
After understanding how great products work and what your customers need, you’ll gain the ‘soft’ skills to get your team and stakeholders aligned. Master the communication tools and strategy you need to succeed, including how to establish clear objectives, map out how to achieve them, and motivate people to come along for the ride.
Learn to create an inspiring User Experience (UX) with Figma, and collaborate effectively with UX designers and Software Engineers. Gain insight into how software is developed—and all the lingo that goes along with it. Then, learn to execute like a pro and drive development with a product roadmap.
Now that you’ve built your product, you’ll learn how to launch and market it with an effective Go to Market (GTM) plan. Using the latest product tools, we’ll show you how to identify insights from analytics with Mixpanel, analyze growth with Gainsight, and experiment with AB Tasty to ensure your product achieves and delivers the impact that your new organization depends on.
