This course is perfect for Senior Product Managers interested in making the switch from individual contributor to People Leader. Through hands-on work, practical exercises, and case studies, you’ll dive deeper into how you can implement PM best practices at the strategic level to significantly impact your company’s portfolio and outcomes.
Congrats—you decided to enroll! First, choose your course dates (all courses are part-time, twice-a-week). Then, you can either self-enroll on our site or speak to the admissions team for a little more guidance. You’ll sign an enrollment contract to finalize, and then receive an email with the info you need to get started.
Once you’re in, you’ll get access to a ton of resources for your course, including topic introductions, free PM tools, templates, and a student forum where you can discuss course topics with classmates.
Each class features live, online lectures on that session’s topic, with takeaways, Q&A and group activities to give you hands-on experience. You’ll also get time with your instructor to learn how to prepare yourself for a promotion.
For your last session, you’ll apply everything you’ve learned in your final presentation: a proposal for funding a new product or product feature. Once you’re done, you’ll have a portfolio piece to share with future employers.
