Fazal Gupta has over seven years of experience in Product Management with a strong tech background. He holds a Bachelor Degree in Technology from DAIICT and an MBA from the University of Chicago. Fazal started his tech career back in 2006 as a Senior Software Engineer at Pramati Technologies, where
he won an ‘Employee Excellence Award’ for outstanding performance and high quality project deliverable. He then worked at BigMachines for over four years, starting as a Software Engineer before landing his first Product Manager role after numerous promotions. Today, Fazal is a Director CPQ at Oracle, where he defines and leads product strategy, establishes roadmap processes and manages a team of product managers. He enjoys working in technology due to its dynamic and vibrant nature and the creative and diverse professionals that come with the industry. Fazal believes ‘accountability’ should be at the core of every organization.
