Design Director, Snap! Raise
Kaitlin has been in Design and UX Management for more than ten years and currently is the Director of Design at Snap! Raise. There she is in charge of a variety of cross-functional tasks, including the development of several digital products, developing the design process and building up a design
team. During her time at the Cornish College of the Arts, which she graduated with a Bachelor in Graphic Design and Visual Communications, she worked as a Freelance Graphic Designer. She did projects in print, branding and web design and was able to get to know a wide range of companies and professionals. This has helped her to get an excellent understanding of the business landscape that she is working in. After graduating, she joined Mixtur Interactive as a Junior UX/UI Designer before joining Moby Inc. as a UX/UI Designer. She was very successful in that role and moved into the position of Lead UX/UI Designer. Her success is based on her efforts in visual design, developer collaboration, and client communications. Kaitlin is incredibly creative and has strong skills as a designer, who also has an eye on the strategic targets. She then joined Snap! Raise, a project that she is passionate about, and where she has proven to be an outstanding cross-functional leader. She is able to create a team culture that fosters creativity and problem-solving.
