VP of Brand and Marketing, Instacart
Laura is currently leading the Brand and Marketing at Instacart as Vice President.
She is proudly shaping and strengthening their brand across the board. Before her current role, Laura spent six years at Uber. She started out as their first Product Marketing hire and built PMM from the ground up to a team of over 60 employees. She later was promoted to lead Product Marketing across Rider and Driver as Group Product Marketing Manager.
She later went on to an even more senior role as the Global Head of Marketing. She led Global Marketing for the Uber Rides Business and Masterbrand. She and her team were at the wheel of every product launch, creating iconic experiences and campaigns that have helped Uber grow to the massive global brand it is today. Laura has also worked on Marketing at other major corporations including Google and Visa.
Laura earned her Bachelors's degree from Dartmouth College, studying Economics and Government. Upon graduation, she went on to further advance her studies at Standford University. There she earned her MBA in Design Thinking, Marketing, and Strategy. As a student, Laura was named as one of the 21 people who will change business by Bloomberg Businessweek. She raises the bar everywhere she goes as an inspirational yet down-to-earth leader who pushes her entire team to create real impact with their work.
