Head of Self Serve Product, Airtable
Lauryn has a knack for driving clarity, structure, and operational excellence even when it comes to difficult product problems.
She is currently fueling Airtable's business across onboarding, user acquisition, activations, and monetization flows while building and scaling the company's self-serve business as the Head of Self Serve Product.
She is also a Board Member of Stanford Women in Business where she is helping break glass ceilings at her alma mater. She also empowers women in tech as a mentor for Built By Girls, where she prepares young girls to reach for the stars and have every opportunity to get their first internship or job.
Previously, she was problem-solving and leading growth across cross-functional teams at Facebook as a Product Growth Lead. Her focus was on increasing new users, Internet.org, India, and ecosystem partnerships.
Before Facebook, she was a Growth and Analytics Manager for Blue Bottle Coffee's e-commerce business, a company that was later acquired by Nestle. Prior to that, she worked in growth analytics for Dropbox, specializing in user acquisition and conversion for enterprise products.
