Luca Dell'Orletta

Luca is currently leading the Nestlé Group IT Transformation to a Product based operating model as the Group Head of IT Innovation for Nestlé Mobile Applications and Technology, touching millions of consumers every day with a special focus on personalized experiences and IoT. Prior to Nestle, he was Director Master of Digital Product Management at Nuclio where he designed, launched, taught, and directed a Master in Digital Product Management that has promptly become a reference within the industry.

Luca is often described as a great communicator, an out-of-the-box thinker, creative, extremely focused, and result-oriented. He has a natural ability to build high-performing product teams and products that customers love leveraging with Lean startup and agile iterative approaches. Moreover, Luca has 15 years of management experience helping worldwide industry leaders and successful startups to drive digital roadmaps, large-scale technical products, business value-driven product backlogs, and managing cross-functional teams, with a long track record of successes.
