Head of Product, ChargedUp
Pam has 8+ years of experience in Product across enterprise + startups and is passionate about people management as about cross-functional collaboration to prioritize roadmaps. She credits career in Product to TELUS (large Canadian telco), where she transitioned from New Grad Scheme to coordinating the delivery of multi-squad Go-to-Market interdependent
initiatives while leading her cross-functional Kanban team. Currently, Pam is Head of Product at ChargedUp. Prior to her current role, at Ticketmaster, Pam was tasked with building a consistent, responsive event discovery experience from curated homepage through eCommerce funnel for 19 international markets. They created a scalable CMS and workflow to support diverse marketing needs. I was offered UK sponsorship but chose to push myself and join a London startup of less than 100 in an ever-changing media landscape. At Boiler Room, she managed 9 developers/designers, our media management and apparel; as well as joined their C-suite in giving presentations abroad for strategic partnerships. Proudly, Pam’s team launched LOVIE 2018 winner and 2019 Webby nominee, 4:3. This "Netflix for the underground" of music-related content leveraged their existing infrastructure and used insights to evolve boilerroom.tv. Her team also built tooling for departments, including guest list management, branded outbound comms post-GDPR and live broadcast support.
