Rashi Gupta

Rashi Gupta is a Senior Product Manager at Amazon with more than a decade of experience in different aspects of Product Management and Marketing. Her specialties include growth hacking, brand communication and retention, ATL/BTL campaigns, and category management.

Before her current role, Rashi was a DGM for Product Growth at Paytm. She led growth for the appliances category where she piloted new initiatives and campaigns that increased traffic, improved conversion, and optimized burn. She also has experience as the Head of Product Marketing for Ola. During her time there she helped grow bookings by 400% in just six months.

Rashi's first Product Manager job was at Jio, before that she was an Engineer for the Power Grid Corporation of India. Rashi earned a Bachelor of Technology from the Maulana Azad National Institute of Technology before getting her Master's at IIM Bangalore.
