Rittwika is an advocate for user-centered product development and Product Leader, currently working at Microsoft. Her career journey started as a Senior Software Engineer at IBM, where she led a team of 26 SAP developers working on a subsystem that led to a 65% improvement in delivery time. After that, she was a Design Assistant at the University of Washington and owned the student portal with 80k students, improving it and reducing support calls by 38%. AT KPMG US, she was a Risk Advisory Associate, led a team of 10 associates, analyzed complex risks in data for famous enterprise applications, and provided recommendations for improvements. Today at Microsoft, Rittwika works for the Language as a Service, driving language platform strategies within device experiences and drives strategy for moving localization for Gaming Studios to industry-standard pipelines.
