She currently leads the team that builds products that make it easier for businesses to reach their advertising goals and succeed on Facebook's platforms. Specializing in Business Experience, she drives the product strategy, vision, and feature development across Ads, Shops, Audience Network and Political Integrity products. Having worked around the globe in APAC, EMEA and NA, she always focuses on building intuitive, data-informed products that are based on a strong market understanding.
Previously she worked for the company as a Senior Program Manager within Business Integrity. She oversaw the charter for Integrity Education, NUX and Small Businesses across product, design, engineering, data science, sales and operations. Before that, she led the business experiences team related to ad policy across Facebook and Instagram, where she led the launch of Account Quality, her team's first standalone product. During her six years with the company, she also has held roles as a Content Program Manager, SMB Market Lead, and Operations Analyst. Tara earned her Bachelor of Arts in Ancient History and Classical Archaeology from the University of Warwick. She finished her studies in the top of her class and graduated with honors.
