Victor is a Toronto-based Software Product Management Leader with over 10 years of experience leading both large and small diverse cross-functional teams to build products from concept to first release as well as scaling up existing products in both B2C and B2B space. He thrives in ambiguity, likes to embrace
complexity to get to key insights and to find ways to communicate complex ideas in simple ways. Grounded in customer obsession, diverse team collaboration and strategic thinking, Victor helps different companies build products that customers love and teams love working on. He began his professional career as a Senior Research Analyst at Forum Research and shortly after he took up a role as a Senior Consultant at EY. During the next five years, he was progressively attaining higher managerial roles at TD, the sixth largest bank in North America. Today, Victor is a Vice President of Product at PureFacts, a wealth management software as well as consulting and custom digital solutions for financial services. He earned an MBA from the University of Toronto - Rotman School of Management and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from York University in Toronto, Canada. On top of his academic and professional success, Victor is also a Certified Scrum Product Owner and a Certified Marketing Research Professional. Moreover, Victor has extensive experience in volunteering work, as an active blood donor, Mentor at the Toronto Region Immigrant Employment Council and a Consultant for nonprofits, to name a few.
