Subhayu Ghosh is the Vice President of Product and Growth at Tier Mobility where he is responsible for leading the product, marketing, customer loyalty, CRM, and revenue management teams. With more than two decades of experience leading cross-functional teams, he has a track record of delivering innovative solutions that drive product-led growth for F100 companies like Amazon and Emirates Airlines, as well as scale-ups like Tier Mobility. Subhayu is an entrepreneur at heart. He is passionate about creating value for customers. As a leader, he is skilled at helping diverse teams solve real-life problems, innovate and experiment at scale to achieve competitive advantage and drive business growth.

Subhayu holds a Master of Science in Innovation and Entrepreneurship from HEC Paris and is a Lean Six-Sigma Black Belt and PMP-certified professional. His mission is lifelong learning, and he is always looking for new opportunities to learn and grow as a product leader.
