Rakshana Balakrishnan

Rakshana Balakrishnan is a seasoned Product Manager with over 10 years of experience in designing and delivering technical cloud-based products from concept to launch. As a product leader focused on new product discovery and growth initiatives, she has led the definition of product vision and narratives, customer research, product scope, multi-year roadmap, P&L, success criteria metrics, and go-to-market initiatives. She is passionate about delivering 0-to-1 and 1-to-n customer-centric products that drive business value, with a specialized focus on Cloud Security, AI/ML, Operational Automation, and Cloud Financial Management areas. Her prior experience at PwC involved implementing custom AI/ML products for customers in the Pharmaceutical industry. Additionally, she holds a Masters degree in Information Systems from Kelley School of Business, Indiana University.
