Edward Yip
Vice President, Products, ServiceTitan
Edward Yip leads the Product Organization at ServiceTitan, which includes Product Management, UX, Service Design, Technical Program Management, Product Operations, Customer E-Learning, and Documentation. Prior to joining ServiceTitan, Ed was the founding member of the Product Management team at SuccessFactors in 2002. Ed held an executive leadership position on the product team that supported SuccessFactors' revenue growth from $1 million to over $325 million in 2011 when SuccessFactors was acquired by SAP for $3.7B.
Edward then went on to become SVP of Products at ServiceMax, a company acquired by GE in a deal valued at $1B. In his most recent experience prior to ServiceTitan, Ed spent time working on ML/AI applications for the enterprise market at Google. Ed holds a Bachelor of Science (Biology) and a Bachelor of Arts (Psychology) from the University of California, Irvine. He also holds an M.B.A. from USC's Marshall School of Business.
