Richa Pareek

Richa loves building products that can create a positive impact on the life of our users. Currently, she is a Product Lead at Coinbase building the future of financial products. Before that, she was a Senior Product Manager at Uber Money focused on building a sustainable, scalable, and valuable Rewards Hub for their driver-partners and riders.

She also has worked as a Product Manager at Google, Richa started as a 20% PM on product launches for calls and messaging ads, built from the ground up a brand New Ads Product for Small Businesses in Emerging Markets, and led global acquisition and growth strategy for Ads in Google My Business for Longtail businesses in emerging markets-LATAM and South East Asia. She’s a huge champion for D&I and at Google. She founded "Search Ads Coffee Club"- an action-driven mentoring program for the women in Search Ads helping 50 women (in the early to mid-career phase) with actionable strategies to build leadership skills and grow their careers in its very first cohort. The club is now running its second cohort with an even bigger audience.

Richa was also a presenter at GHC'19 and presented on the topic of advancing careers of special needs parents in Tech. In 2016, she Co-founded Honor Till, a nonprofit looking at revolutionizing community education in southeast Asia. In the four years since inception, they have connected more than 60 schools and 100,000 students to their cause and have become a part of an active curriculum in 20 schools.
