Michael is a Product Manager with extensive experience in Product Strategy & Planning, Capability Development, Lean Coaching, and Product Delivery. Currently, he’s the Founder of Mind Diagnostics, a mission to destigmatize mental health issues and help sufferers find the support they need. Prior to his current role, Michael was a Vice President of Development, exploiting lean, agile, capital-conservant Product Development techniques in order to digitize the insurance value chain from quotation to claim. He first gained experience in Management as a Relationship Development Manager at Barclays Bank, working in a commercial banking business unit serving financial service providers - in particular the London banking, fund management & insurance markets. After over a year, Michael went on to become a Director of Global Product Partnerships at the world leader in permission-based digital data collection & reporting, Research Now. He conducted a status review for online business decision-maker research panel, created development roadmap, and implemented agile work practices within the engineering team; led development and design team for panel re-launch, and originated, negotiated and/or managed strategic product partnerships with Reed Elsevier, LinkedIn, International Data Group, and Experian. Michael gained more experience in Product & Business Development working at Conversition, where he initiated full product review including usage of analytics, customer observation, depth interviews, industry interviews, and competitor analysis. Notably, Michael developed a new product strategy having identified the need for entry-level data products and grew an annual revenue run rate from $nil to $1.2MM within 12 months.
