Sharmeen Browarek Chapp

Sharmeen is currently helping build thriving communities on Twitch as their VP of Product and Engineering. She maintains an inclusive environment while pushing her team to do their best work. Of course, also while creating amazing products that users love. She is also an advisor at Prisms of Reality and a Board Member at Partners in School Innovation, programs that are working to make education attainable for anyone. She also has experience as a Senior Product Engineer at Leeo, where she led them to a triumphant product launch. She created their quality assurance processes that have since fixed thousands of bugs. Sharmeen earned both her Bachelor's and Master's in Electrical Engineering at the leading Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
