Aanchal Arora

Aanchal previously worked as a Product Manager in Finance Intelligence for a global data reporting platform supporting all regulated products like Uber Rides, Eats, Taxes. Prior to her current role, she was a Senior Product Manager/Vice President at BlackRock, where she defined the strategic roadmap based on the feature prioritizations and requirements to drive business process improvements and competitive advantages for the Investment Trading Platform. Additionally, Aanchal was responsible for global stakeholder management and external financial client communication, deployment strategy, release newsletters, and defined project plans, business user requirements and managed scheduled resources to enhance the value proposition of the product. She started out her career as a Software Developer at iCIMS. Aanchal designed and developed Address Validation framework and service to be used across the cloud-based applicant tracking software system using agile development methodology. She integrated the latest LinkedIn API/Plugins to be used across the recruiting interface to enable social media to sign up/login while working with the new social connections and onboarding portal. Aanchal has great technical and organization skills which she’s showcased consistently on large programs of work, cross-platform initiatives, and throughout her career. She’s created great partnerships and relationships with stakeholders in and out of the firm to successfully be a Product Manager.
