Charles Fletcher

Charles Fletcher was most recently a Director of Product Management at PayPal with over 19 years of experience. Charles has led numerous consumer initiatives at PayPal designed to improve the adoption of the company’s growing number of payment services. Prior to becoming a Director, Charles led PayPal’s Personal Payments (P2P) product suite. Charles believes that product management is about leading with empathy for the needs of your customer, and executing with focus and an open, objective mindset.
