Aaron Arnoldsen is a seasoned leader with over a decade of experience working in Product, Software, and Data.
He is currently a Partner and Director of Data Science at BCG GAMMA. In his current role, he is leading AI for large-scale transformations and internal product for Lighthouse by BCG GAMMA. Before his current role, he spent two years as Director of Software Engineering for ML and AI at the Boston Consulting Group. He also previously worked in various roles at Nike, including Product Area Director for Price Optimization, Planning, and Supply Chain Technology. He also spent time working on Senior Revenue Management and Analytics Data at Walt Disney Parks & Resorts.
Aaron earned his Bachelor's degree in Economics and Mathematics from Brigham Young University. Later, he went on to get an MBA from the University of Florida, focusing his studies around Risk Analysis. On top of that, he holds another Master's in Predictive Analytics, Big Data, Data Mining, and Operational Analytics from Northwestern University.
As you can see from his extensive educational background, Aaron is one who never stops learning. He is always exploring and sharing information that is of value to himself and those around him. He is highly motivated and constantly looking for ways to improve upon data so that he can come to new insights and conclusions from what's in front of him.
