Abhishek is a Product Leader and Software Engineer that loves building data products that solve the biggest problems for consumers. Currently, he’s a Product Lead at Indeed, enabling Product Teams to run high-quality experiments faster and building the experimentation and data analytics backbone. Prior to his current role, Abhishek was a General Manager of Product and Analytics at Rakuten, is responsible for Global Product Strategy and Roadmap of eCommerce Platform, A/B Testing and Experiments Analysis for all features impacting Search and Buyer Experience. He successfully launched Search Experience Revamp on Web and Mobile (2.4% Increase in Revenue per visitor), learning to Rank in Search Relevance: 1.8% Global Increase in Search Conversion Rates, Learning to Rank in Search Relevance: (1.8% Global Increase in Search Conversion Rates), and Experimentation Platform for statistical analysis of AB tests. Abhishek first gained experience as a Software Engineer working at Adobe, where he initiated a customer satisfaction program for key external customers leading to an increase in customer satisfaction ratings of our product by 50% and led a team of 4 developers to envision and execute a tracking system for Adobe India. Notably, he was commended by the Business Unit head for excellent learning ability as demonstrated through the successful completion of multiple projects involving complex technologies.
