Alex Alwan is a Product Management and Strategy leader with a focus on driving product success through understanding the product performance and the customer behavior, uncovering opportunities, and continuously testing and iterating on hypotheses.
Currently, he works at FOX Corporation as a Director of Product Strategy, where he leads a team of product managers and data analysts to create product initiatives driven by a deep understanding of the users and the market. Alex sets the process for the team to conduct data analysis reports in addition to running A/B tests that improve acquisition, engagement, and retention rates and generate learnings and insights that influence the product roadmap. As well as, acts as product strategy and optimization center of excellence to coach and support all teams and scale a number of experiments per month on top brands and products such as Fox Now, Fox Nation, and Fox Sports. Alex has also built a scalable process that generates data-informed hypotheses across Web, Mobile, and OTT platforms, and throughout the user journey.
Prior to Alex’s current role, he worked as a Product Manager for various companies achieving an array of achievements. At Airbrake, he led product development and launch, continued overseeing functional and performance testing operations, drove product development with a team of world-class engineers and designers, and integrated usability tests and market analysis into product requirements to enhance the user experience. Alex then went on to lead creating the roadmap and comprehensive product requirements for two world-class online dating platforms at Spark Networks before joining FOX.
