

Alex Vaughn
Top Instructor & Product Lead at The New York Times
Alex Vaughn has been working in Product Management for several years.
She has a background in data science and statistics, which served as her entry into product. Alex has worked in multiple settings, from a startup to an NGO to a Fortune 500. Today, she is a Product Lead at The New York Times for Wirecutter Reader Growth.
In 2017 Alex started to run product at the company she founded, Mastiff, and consulted on products for funded, early-stage startups and companies with startup initiatives. She volunteers with the New York Junior League, where she will hold the strategic planning seat on The Management Council for the 2021-2023 term. She is an avid skier, recreational sailor, and eager bookworm.
