Anand has a special talent for balancing both sales and product, by connecting with clients while moving projects forward. He ensures prosperous long-term customer relationships by being an internal advocate for his clients. However, he doesn't let this focus stop him from creating value and coming up with creative solutions for any issues that happen to come up.
Currently, Anand is the Head of Startup Program at Segment. In this role he has secured strategic partnerships, mentored dozens of startups, and automated the bulk of the program, making it the most profitable acquisition program with Segment. During his four years with the company, he has also worked on success strategy and customer experiences. Anand has also worked at Lyft as an Enterprise Account Manager, assisting the sales team to grow corporate travel partnerships. He earned his BA from Emory University in Sustainable Development.
