Prior to this, he was a Product Owner at Aldermore Bank, responsible for digital transformation and new Product Development. Before that, Andrew was a Commercial Strategy Manager at BrightHR. Andrew understands iteration, innovation, and disruption and how to help jump the curve by putting people at the center of products. This enables him to get amazing products to people that benefit and empower them to do things they need and love in new or better ways. He has proven experience in both start-ups and global enterprises managing multiple teams or leading strategic initiatives. Andrew is commercially astute with a flair for seeing the unseen opportunities, understanding the needs of customers, and translating and prioritizing needs into market-leading and disruptive products, at the same time evangelizing the cause.
