Arathi Philips Roy

Arathi is a Senior Product Manager at Tier Mobility in the Operations Excellence team focusing on safety and maintenance of the fleet and energy network. She previously worked as a Product Manager in the Economics and Experimentation team at Zalando where she works with economists, applied scientists and research engineers to help teams measure their product success. For instance, she has worked on a new KPI framework for the company to steer teams towards the company strategy, established causal inference collaboration mechanisms as well as improving the quality of experimentation at Zalando. She also has experience with building products for millions of Zalando app customers. Prior to being a Product Manager, she worked in the defense ministry in Singapore and has done multiple internships in NGOs such as Welthungerhilfe, Transparency International and the European Union External Action service. She graduated with a Master's in Global Studies from the Humboldt University of Berlin in conjunction with the Jawaharlal Nehru University and Stellenbosch University.
