Bala Sahitya Vadlamani

Bala Sahitya Vadlamani is a Meta Product Leader building features that ensure a safe and secure communication platform for users. Before this, she was a Product Lead at Amazon for Alexa and Payment Products. She also previously worked for three years as an Assistant Vice President for Product Management at Morgan Stanley. She has also lent her talents to inspire as a Mentor at BUILT BY GIRLS and Girls Who Code

Bala attended Osmania University where she earned her Bachelor of Engineering. She also holds a Master's of Engineering Management from Dartmouth College. During her studies at Dartmouth, she took part in an exchange program at the prestigious Duke University.

According to her colleagues, Bala is a great asset due to her impressive skill set, acute product sense, and growth mindset. She loves to hit the ground running and do everything she can to build the best products and features for her customers. She is quick to adapt to new environments and teams, making it look almost effortless. She is also great at remaining calm and focused even in high-stress situations.
