Bharath is a Product Leader at American Express who works to decipher his customer's problems with modern technology and simple products. His goal is to create the best possible user experience in Product management. He enables small business acquisition and lets sales cross and up-sell by introducing a 360-degree view of client relationships. Before this role, he specialized in commercial business as a Product Manager for the company. He provided end-to-end client onboarding solutions with his team.
Prior to joining the American Express team, he spent four years at Virtusa. He started with them as a Business Consultant on large application transition engagement. He later went on to be a Business Analyst for their SAFe 4.0 train handling feature grooming and readiness for six different scrum teams. His final position with the company was as a Product Owner for that same system across the organizational value stream. Bharath has also worked as a Technical Engineer for EMC Corporation and a Senior Systems Engineer for Ingosys.
He earned his Bachelor in Electrical and Electronics Engineering at MNM Jain Engineer College. A few years after graduating he returned to his studies to earn a Master in Information Technology at the Great Lakes Institute of Management. He also holds a Certificate in Leadership Excellence from Harvard Business.

He is great at explaining his requirements to his team in an easy-to-understand matter, while also being available for questions at any time.
