Bhushan is a self-described entrepreneurial product leader that has a strong history of launching and scaling enterprise and consumer SaaS solutions. He leads with profound experience and knowledge. He is currently the Executive Director of Product Management at Trinet. He has had a large variety of accomplishments during his time here. He helped improve customer retention by 5% YoY, built an apps portfolio that addresses holistic employee lifecycle needs, leading to $20M SaaS revenue, and oversaw the launch and marketing of a new app that earned an impressive 4.8/5 rating in the app store.

He has previously worked as a Product Executive at Amazon. He was a key part of a market launch that used IoT smart home and Amazon Flex for an improved in-home shopping experience. This work resulted in an annual purchase lift of $144M and $81M in package liability savings in just the first year of its launch. He also drove a two-year roadmap strategy with growth into value-added services. Not to mention he built a cross-functional startup team of four product managers and three agile SW development teams.

Bhushan has also worked on Product at Meetian, Motorola, Siemens, and Texas Instruments. In addition, he was the Co-Founder and CEO of the digital health platform Cordate Health. The company collaborated with both the University of Chicago and Northwestern to blend connected glucometers with gamification-driven apps for chronic diabetes management.

Bhushan started his studies at the University of Mumbai where he earned his Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering. He then went on to earn not one but two Masters' from the Illinois Institute of Technology and Northwestern University.

He always is impressing his colleagues with his strong work ethic that gets him top-notch results, that are far above expectations. He is the type of person who always is looking at the bigger picture and making sure each member of his team knows their responsibility when it comes to completing the overall task at hand.
