Brian is an international executive with over 20 years of experience under his belt. He has spent time in both emerging start-ups and established high-tech companies. Currently, he is the Chief Executive Officer at Split. He is leading his company on its mission to enable engineering teams to create the world's most innovative and impactful products and experiences. He is also an Official Member and Contributor on Forbes Technology Council.

Prior to his current role, he spent just over four years as the Chief Marketing Officer and Head of Alliances and Business Development at Ping Identity. In this role, he led the go-to-market function through its international expansion and acquisition by Vista Private Equity. Before that, he was the Chief Marketing Officer at Zuora, where he helped to establish the company as an industry leader. He has also worked as a General Manager for CA Technologies, Vice President of Product for BMC Software, and Head of Corporate Development for Peregrine Systems Inc.

Brian attended the University of Pennsylvania, earning a Bachelor's in Japanese and International Relations. He graduated Cum Laude and with Wharton School Curriculum Honors. He later went on to get two Masters in the Dual-Degree program offered by INSEAD and John Hopkins University, earning a Master's in Business and a Master's in Economics and Asain Studies from the two top-notch universities.

His great ability to listen to his peers and motivate teams to success make him both a well-liked and respected leader. Even with his seniority, he is willing to get into the trenches with his team to help problem solve and create agile responses. His unique background of leading a diverse set of teams in various backgrounds allows him to bring value to his customers, employees, and the bottom line.
