Chinmaya Madan is a Microsoft PM using AI/ML to power the Teams and Skype user experience. Before this, he worked as a Data Scientist at Fleet Complete where he worked on improving driver behavior using IoT data and end-to-end Machine Learning. Throughout his career, he has worked at top companies including Microsoft, Johnson & Johnson, and Shopify Plus holding roles in Business Operations, Enterprise Marketing, and Product Marketing.
Chinmaya has always had a passion for building smart things and loves to share this passion as a teacher and mentor. His confidence and knack for problem-solving inspires those on his team to build better and hit new targets in all parts of their work. He believes in life-long learning, something that is key to his success in the ever-evolving world of technology.
Chinmaya earned his Bachelor's in Management from the University of Toronto. During these studies, he took part in a summer exchange at Harvard Univerity. On top of that, he holds a Master's of Management in AI from Queen's University and a Management of Enterprise Data Analytics Certificate from the University of Toronto.
