Damian Waldron

Damian Waldron is a seasoned consultant who works tirelessly to deliver value and meet his client's needs. He is currently a Principal Customer Success Architect at ThoughtSpot. He started out with the company in 2018 as an Engagement and Customer Success Manager. He was then promoted to Lead Customer Success Architect, a role he held for a year before being promoted to his current one.

Before joining ThoughtSpot, Damian spent over five years at Qlik, helping customers solve their most difficult problems with data. He worked his way up the ladder there, starting off as a Consultant and finishing off his time as a Principal Consultant.

Damian has received rave reviews from his colleagues over the years. He has impressed them with great listening skills that allow him to build trust and mutual respect with his clients. He is also a great problem solver who is constantly bringing in new ideas to solve problems by thinking outside of the box.
