Damon is a multifaceted and highly analytical professional with extensive experience in program and product development. He transitioned from a career in Education to Product and today, Damon is a performance-driven Senior Product Management at Pearson. He began his professional career as a Special Education English Teacher at Baltimore County Public School, where his main responsibilities included planning, modifying, and implementing curriculum for secondary students with emotional disturbance. For the past 6 years as a Manager at Pearson, he has been working collaboratively around the organization to implement new products. He has been at Pearson for over a decade where his many responsibilities included Program Management, Operations, Product Marketing, E-Learning, Curriculum Design, and Educational Technology. Damon graduated from Goucher College with a Masters degree in Education and prior to this, he earned a Bachelor's degree in English Literature from the University of Baltimore and an Associates degree in Culinary Arts from Johnson & Wales University. On top of his academic and professional endeavors, Damon is also an avid speaker who enjoys inspiring others to becreative and learn.
