Darshna Shetty

Darshna is passionate about building high quality, easy to use products. Currently, she’s a Lead Product Manager at Venmo. Prior to her current role, she was a Senior Product Manager of Identity at PayPal, though, started out as a Senior Program Manager of Release Management and Infrastructure. She’s a gifted negotiator with a rare combination of patience, spunk, and research skills. Darshna first gained software experience working at Motorola Mobility as a Senior Software Engineer. She has the right balance of skill, resourcefulness, courage, and tenacity. Darshna understands the fundamentals of being a Product Manager, then she works diligently to transform it to achieve better quality, faster releases, and more productive engineers. She does not shy away from taking on new challenges to expand her span of influence. Taking on roles to drive B2C growth, playing a major role in planning technical conferences, and raising the bar on product & engineering excellence. Darshna brings a good balance of project management and engineering skills; and is effective at managing Projects and Programs in a timely manner well within the budget and resources allocated. She is a results-driven person that pays attention to detail and is always willing to help. Darshna is always motivated to do the right thing for her customers to help them be there best in the moments that matter.
