Deepak Mukunthu

Deepak Mukunthu is a customer-obsessed Senior Director of Product at DocuSign. He is leading his team to create an effective strategy for AI, ML, and Big Data platforms within the company. Before this, he spent over a decade as part of the Microsoft team. He started off as a Program Manager II for Live Alerts back in 2008. Over the years he worked his way up throughout the company and across departments up until his final role with them as Head of Product for ML-powered personalized newsfeed. He worked on products across the company, using Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning to create better techniques and experiences.

According to his colleagues, Deepak is a strong advocate for the customer who uses his strong leadership skills to bring teams together in order to nail the customer problem. He leads by example with empathy and has mentored many teammates throughout his successful career.

Deepak attended the College of Engineering, Guindy for his Bachelor's degree in Computer Science. He went on to learn more about Machine Learning later in his career, earning two Certificates from Coursera and the University of Washington.
