Dontae Delgado

Dontae is a meticulous professional, currently working as a Senior Product Manager at Compass. Before that, he was a part of the Rep Experience team as Product Manager for Outreach. He worked tirelessly to increase the sales rep's effectiveness while generating more revenue. He led the product vision for a variety of teams while steering the product roadmap in the best direction. He also was a Product Manager at eSentire when they were known as Versive, where he rebuilt and launched a variety of products. He also has experience as a Program Manager for Microsoft and the Highline School District. Dontae is a fast learner who isn't afraid to ask questions and helo others.
