Dov Pinker

Dov is a dynamic product executive with extensive experience in the SaaS industry. He has been in Product and Sales for more than a decade, serving both early-stage ventures and successful enterprises including Amazon, American Express and Microsoft.

During his extensive career, Dov has always demonstrated an unwavering commitment to driving product, taking new products to market while mentoring and motivating high-performance teams. For each organization he leads, he plays an integral part in moving the business forward. As a Senior Sales Executive at Amazon, he was responsible for managing the full sales and launch cycle, from prospecting and needs definition through post-implementation support. Shortly after, during his tenure at American Express, he has worked on the new business development team, leading the sales and business development efforts on a unique B2B initiative. Today, Dov is a Senior Consultant at Troy Consulting, specializing in Agile Transformation, Program Management, and New Product Launch. 

He earned a Bachelor of Arts in International Affairs from the George Washington University and holds an MBA from Boston University - School of Management. Dov is an inspiring speaker whose professionalism and keen management skills are the key motivators that have enabled him to succeed in a high paced and quickly evolving environment.
