Ekaterina Garbaruk Monnot is an accomplished product leader renowned for her ability to drive business value through the strategic amalgamation of customer insights, business processes, and scalable technical solutions. Currently serving as Group Product Manager at Spotify, Ekaterina spearheads the Developer Experience Product Area within the Client Platform Tribe, focusing on critical Platform products.

At Pleo, she served as Director of Product, playing a key role in establishing and leading the Product competence leadership group. Her responsibilities included overseeing Product management competence development and frameworks, as well as providing product thinking coaching and people management for the Engineering Productivity domain.
