Elad Shani

Elad Shani is a Product guy, not because it’s his job title, but because he always thinks about new products or how features he uses can be improved. What he finds most exciting about Product Management is the real ability to influence customers’ experience. Elad started his career in the Israeli military, followed by working as a freelance photographer and creative consultant. He then got a Mechanical Engineering degree and continued his career working for a global semiconductors company as a Technical Implementation Engineer.

Today, Elad is a Senior Product Manager for Amazon Devices, where he works for the Kindle E-reader business. Elad thinks that there is no “right” background for Product Management. A good Product Manager needs to be customer-obsessed and can leverage her background and skills, whatever they may be.
