Elaine lives to build products that bring people together, build trust, and create a strong sense of community. She does so by digging deep into people's problems and solving them with a seamless customer experience powered by technology. She is currently working as a Senior Product Manager at Etsy in San Francisco.

Before Etsy, Elaine spent two years working as a Product Manager for Kohl's as part of the Search and Browse team. She led her team to strategize how to drive traffic into their stores with fulfillment incentives and improving the pricing and benefits on the product detail page. She also helped launch their drive-up/curbside program across their digital assets. This helped Kohl's capture revenue even when more than a thousand stores closed due to the pandemic.

Elaine's other experience includes working as a Product Manager for A3Ventures, a Senior Product Designer for Allstate Digital Ventures, and a Technical Project Manager for ExxonMobil. She is also an Industry Mentor for Rutger's Chapter of the Society of Women Engineers, where she helps engineering college students explore their future career options and define their goals.

For her Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering, Elaine attended Rutger's, The State University of New Jersey. She was an active member of the student community and served as the Vice President of the Society of Women Engineers. She continued her studies at the University of California, Berkeley, earning a Master's of Business Administration.

Elaine is described by her colleagues as a natural leader and connector. She has a special eye for seeing opportunities and the drive and diligence to bring people together. Not to mention her commitment to her clients and their customers is top-notch. All of this comes together to make Elaine a highly valuable member of any team.
