Eric is a high-achieving Product Manager offering 6+ years of Product Management and design expertise. He’s skilled in creating beautiful user experience and leading successful product launches, promotions, and development. Eric excels at user research to guide rebranding and other efforts. He’s experienced at defining UI guidelines and has outstanding leadership ability and cross-functional collaboration. Currently, Eric is a Product Manager at Magic Leap, as Magic Leap Digital Team’s first Product Management hire, he led various digital experiences and products from concept to launch - overseeing requirements definition, product design, user research, and technical development in a fast-paced startup environment. Eric has built out diverse user research and product teams from the ground up, integrated product vision and business goals into the authentic digital user experience. Additionally, he collaborates closely with hardware, software engineering, and brand team to concept and research next-generation products and experiences. Prior to his current role, Eric was a UX/UI Designer at Course Hero, where he mentored 2 Product Designers, coordinated design efforts across 3 product teams, and co-created the Course Hero UI guidelines and templates with the Principle Designer.
